Rates

Oct 2nd - April 30th £100 per night.

May 1st - Oct 1st £120 per night.

Special rates apply for the festive period. Please contact to enquire.

A cleaning fee of £70 per stay is also payable. Well behaved dogs are welcome at a cost of £10 per stay.

You will have access to the whole house solely for you except my bedroom which I will have locked (not shown in the gallery). This compromised two double bedrooms, lounge, Kitchen with small lounge and garden.

Checking in/out

Self check in details will be sent close to your booking. Check in is from 16:00 and check out is 11:00. Late check out can sometimes be offered if there are no check in’s the same day.

Are children welcome

Unfortunately 120 was not created with little people in mind so we feel it is unsuitable for young children but older children are welcome on the understanding that it their safety is not our responsibility.

Are dogs welcome

Well behaved dogs are welcome with a fee of £10 per dog which will go to the cleaners for any extra cleaning required. There are dogs beds and bowls provided for your furry friend but please keep them out of the bedrooms and off of furniture except the leather dog cuddling chair by the fire!

Is there parking nearby

There is a free car park opposite the house, if this is full there are plenty free on street parking spots within walking distance

Is the house detached

The house is a 1890’s end of terrace house, my neighbors are lovely and the town is friendly. You have privacy in the garden. Please note that the yellow bedroom is next to a main road. The walls are thick so if you want to play your music in the lounge and dance away feel free.
